What this website collects
When you start a trial, ask to buy, or join the waitlist, we save what you type into the form (your email address, and your company name and team size if you give them), the date, and your rough country from your connection. That is all. We do not use tracking cookies or ad pixels on this site.
How we use it
To reply to you, send you setup steps, send an invoice if you buy, and email you once when the standalone version opens if you joined the waitlist. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to anything else.
Who handles it
We use a small number of trusted service providers to host this site, store form submissions, and send email. They handle your information only to provide those services to us, and are not allowed to use it for anything else.
The product itself
My Accomplishments runs inside your company's own Microsoft 365, on your own sign-in. It reads your own email, chats, and meeting transcripts, and saves short summaries of your accomplishments in your own account. None of that ever comes to us. Your manager and HR cannot see it, and there is no central view.
Getting your information removed
Reply to any email from us and ask, and we will delete what we hold about you. Your product history lives in your own account, so you can delete that yourself at any time.
